Old Billingsgate encompasses three versatile spaces and a beautiful terrace with unrivalled views of Tower Bridge, City Hall, The Shard and London Bridge

KEEPING YOU SAFE

Following the UK Government’s latest announcement regarding the official lifting of COVID-19 legal restrictions in England from 19 July 2021, we have put together a plan to make sure the safety of our staff, and visitors is prioritised.

Like many other events, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes with the venue to monitor rates and ensure we have systems in place to ensure that everyone feels safe and comfortable when visiting Old Billingsgate.

  • As such we will exercise additional caution by maintaining key COVID-19 safety measures in accordance with industry best practice and guidance issued by ALVA. There are areas of Old Billingsgate such as the public loos that are small, there will be enclosed areas, such as the VIP & Workshop room and this makes retaining some of our safety measures inside our buildings even more important.

  • We do advise that all visitors still test in advance of attending if they are able to do so and if they are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 to please stay at home and follow advice stated on the UK Gov website and NHS England.

  • Encourage you to maintain social distancing where they can and be mindful of others health and safety.

  • Encourage visitors to check in using the NHS Covid19 App.

  • Continue an enhanced cleaning regime and encourage you to carry a hand sanitiser as well as use the bottles offered around the venue.

  • We will be operating cash free payment, encouraging contactless payment wherever possible.

PLACES TO EAT & DRINK

On arrival or before you leave the event, be sure to visit The Terrace. Overlooking the River Thames and London skyline, you’ll find a number of independent caterers offering delicious hot and cold drinks, light lunches and afternoon snacks.

The Bubbles Bar will also be serving a wide selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.

Old Billingsgate is also not far from Monument Station which is surrounded by café’s and bars for pre and post show drinks and bites to eat.
